We aim to continually improve our quality for the benefit of our guests!
Continuously evaluating and enhancing the quality of our educational programs, the registration process, and complaint management is a key concern for us, in the interest of all seminar participants, clients, and partners. We take seminar critiques and evaluations by third parties of our educational offerings seriously and conduct self-critical assessments of our services. The collected seminar critiques are scientifically evaluated externally.
The Johannes-Albers-Bildungsforum gGmbH is re-certified until November 2026 according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

In line with this internationally recognized quality standard, Bildungsforum gGmbH aims for continuous review and improvement of its seminars, courses, and discussions.
In May 2017, the entire service area (restaurant, café, reception, and hotel) was re-certified by DEHOGA, and our education and conference center, the Arbeitnehmer-Zentrum, was awarded “3 *** superior stars.” The rooms and accommodations meet modern standards. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including options for vegetarians. The facility is a smoke-free establishment recognized as a children and youth education center.
