Accessibility at AZK

All seminar rooms, the entrance area, reception, restaurant, beer and wine tavern, garden, and guest rooms on the ground floor are accessible without steps.

The restroom facilities in the foyer have been modernized, and now there are two accessible toilets available.

There are four wheelchair-friendly single rooms available, each featuring a barrier-free, spacious bathroom.

Additionally, a three-bed room with a care bed is available, but it does not have an accessible bathroom (only a standard bathroom). This room is suitable for persons in need of care who require assistance.

We also have a mobile toilet seat riser available.

When making your reservation, please indicate if you require an accessible room or any other assistance. We are happy to discuss your needs with you in a personal conversation.

For hearing-impaired individuals: If you need support through an induction loop during the seminar, please let us know. It may be possible to arrange this.

Barrier-Free Access by Public Transport

From Bonn Central Station or Siegburg Station, take line 66 towards Königswinter/ Bad Honnef (every 20 minutes) to the stop “Longenburg.” The Longenburg stop is barrier-free. From there, it is approximately 350 meters to the AZK. From the stop, keep left past the sports field. Our house by the Rhine is diagonally opposite.

The DB station in Königswinter is not barrier-free!

Barrier-Free Access by Car

Free parking is available in our on-site parking lot. It is about 100 meters from the parking lot to the house, and the path is barrier-free.
