The CSP Foundation

Who we are, Tasks and Goals

The CSP Foundation for Christian-Social Politics e.V. has been conducting seminars and events for political education in its home adult education center, the Employees’ Center Königswinter (AZK), since 1986. Our facility was inaugurated in October 1986 in the presence of the then Chancellor Helmut Kohl and Norbert Blüm.

The central task of the CSP Foundation e.V. is to promote the Christian-social idea in the state and society, politics, trade unions, churches, and associations. The educational work is based on the Christian concept of humanity and liberal-democratic values, as enshrined in the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

On October 1, 2016, the Johannes Albers Educational Forum gGmbH was established by the CSP Foundation e.V. to consolidate educational activities.

To achieve its goals, the CSP Foundation e.V. or its subsidiary, the Johannes Albers Educational Forum gGmbH, offers the following services:

• Seminars, conferences, specialist conferences, discussions on socio-political topics for employees;
• Offers for political youth education and career orientation for young people;
• Publication of publications (Königswinter Notes);
• as well as exchange of experience and cooperation at European and international levels.
